Job Scope
We are looking for a Fleet Executive to plan and coordinate our daily product shipments. Candidate should have thorough knowledge of supply chain management and an understanding of warehouse operation, including storing goods, dispatching orders and tracking transportation vehicles. Candidate should also be familiar with safety processes and legal regulations. Candidate should ensure that all shipments are handled quickly, safely and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities
•    Plan and supervise the shipments from Distribution Centers to the retail stores
•    Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment and delivery frequency.
•    Ensure cold chain products are maintained/transported within a specified low-temperature range
•    Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products
•    Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet.
•    Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
•    Managing drivers and monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service
•    Organize training sessions for drivers (e.g. proper use of machines/vehicles and handling of hazardous material)
•    Maintaining vehicles for deliveries.
•    Ensuring strict vehicle servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
•    Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
•    Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
•    Complying with transport laws and regulations.
•    Resolve problems concerning transportation and customer issues
•    Utilizing vehicle management systems to ensure the product quality are maintained and the safety of the products are assured, protecting theft and misuse
•    Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.

Requirements
•    Proven work experience in the fields of Fleet & Transportation Executive, Logistics Executive or similar role
•    Knowledge of supply chain management
•    Familiarity with logistics software/Vehicle Management System
•    Excellent organizational skills 
•    Ability to supervise and train staff
•    Problem-solving abilities.
•    English literate & Computer literate.
