  • Manage day-to-day operations of F&B Services
  • Responsible to deliver superior services and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
  • Process customer complaints patiently
  • Cooperate with Chefs to develop appetizing menus
  • Establishing safety and hygiene standards
  • Responsible for hiring and training new staff and shift scheduling
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • Check food and beverages supplies and place order when needed
