The Role
Reporting to Operation Director, this position will be leading the food court operations

Responsible for to setup organization structure of the operations include hiring
Manage staff and ensure top quality service for all customers
Responsible for P&L to increase revenue and profit for all operations
Develop and oversee marketing strategies and exceed customers’ expectations
Ensure the overall hygiene and safety standards of food court.
