Job Description

SPECIFIC DUTIES
• Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and 
senior-level officers
• Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, 
and physical mail
• Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel 
databases
• Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process 
incoming invoices, and verify receipts
• Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new 
equipment and supplies as needed
• Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as 
needed
• Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and 
requisitioning meeting spaces
• Manage day-to-day office operations; oversee and coordinate overall office 
activities and provide administrative support to the executive leadership
• Manage relationship with facilities management; coordinate office 
maintenance and support needs
• Supervise the acquisition and maintenance of equipment and supplies in 
accordance with purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
• Serve as the main point of contact with company’s outsourced services 
provider(s) to ensure all end-user needs are addressed in a timely manner
• Identify and oversee services with commercial vendors for all of company’s 
operational requirements
• Keep regular track and updates of company’s assets 
• In charge of company renovation process, and rules and regulation 
• Take part of government relation and legal taxation process; licensing
• Report regularly to HR & Admin Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible in assisting for product development, sensory evaluation, assist new product innovation.
  • Supporting to apply process for food related application such as FDA, Halal and other applications and renewal of the license.
  • Participate in Product development process by communicating with Sales, Production, Finance and Management.
  • Consumer testing to conduct new product development and adjusting the product.
  • Check incoming raw material by Specification and Quality .
  • Calculating the composition of ingredients of every products.
  • Improving current products and new products according to the customer demand.
  • Raw substitution test in existing products.
  • Raw material sample testing & reply feedback to Management.
  • Arrange the samples for testing chemical, micro biology and nutrition facts of existing material and finished products.
  • Sampling test internally and send the result to Management.
  • Regular reporting to Management.
  • Shelf life testing in different environments of existing and new products.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc/M.Sc (IC/Chemistry), and Certificate or Diploma in Food Technology or Food Safety Management is prefer
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in research and development field at Food Manufacturing.
  • Must have knowledge in ISO/HACCP/Food Safety and renewal of Halal & FDA license.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Time management skills and attention to details.
