Job Description

The role holder is responsible for the smooth execution of routine international account transfer (Inward remittance transactions) for customers on a day to day operation and for ensuring high levels of customer services.

  • Make Swift Inward Vouchers for daily operations
  • Check department’s email and reply
  • Collect data of inward remittance transactions for all necessary reports
  • Check the daily Nostro statement
  • Prepare Swift for incorrect transactions and claim OUR Charges transactions as a Maker
  • Match the Inward Swift amendment messages with the related MT-103 and report to the officers
  • Check the statements whether they are debited or not for refund transactions
  • Find MT-103 which is waiting statements when receiving the incoming statements to make process
  • Check the customers’ query in Swift System
  • Make daily "OUR" charges report
  • Make monthly "OUR" charges report
  • Prepare Inward Remittance Commission Report
  • Register daily CTR/STR Report

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 2 ~ 3 years of experience in Banking Industry
  • Able to command and converse in Myanmar and English
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good presentation skills and people skills; team player
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates high energy, professionalism and maturity
