An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The role holder is responsible for the smooth execution of routine international account transfer (Inward remittance transactions) for customers on a day to day operation and for ensuring high levels of customer services.

  • Handle and receive the payment application and customer service at Service Counter
  • Check the Nostro bank statements daily and report back to officers for collecting charges or refunds
  • Provide services what a customer needs and giving advice
  • Services to customers to reply their queries and to refer interested to appropriate personal
  • Reconciles statements of long outstanding payment
  • Provide certification of outward remittance as per customer request
  • Verification of signatures and endorsements in system
  • Checking customers’ “Application for Remittance” Form to ensure that the Form is duly completed
  • Contacting customers to rectify any error and incomplete information provided

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 2 ~ 3 years of experience in Banking Industry
  • Able to command and converse in Myanmar and English
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good presentation skills and people skills; team player
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates high energy, professionalism and maturity
