Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist with the development and implementation of franchisee specific business plans and budgets.
  • Prepare franchise contract and rent contract.
  • franchise agreement renewals, negotiation and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation.
  • Day to day support and troubleshooting for the franchise network.
  • Collecting feedback from franchisees and reporting back to the CEO to improve the offering.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with key business areas and provide external communications advice and support service.
  • Plan, manage and deliver a range of high-quality corporate communications projects, campaigns, and activities to agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
  • Assist the CEO with crisis and reputation management and business continuity.

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate.
  • Excellent motivational and leadership skill to inspire performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both English /Myanmar Language.
  • Possess strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
