ROLE PURPOSE
Risk Division requires the services of Fraud Business Analyst to uplift Fraud Infrastructure of Yoma Bank by implementing innovative solutions and process flows, engage with external vendors and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to fulfil business requirement for transaction fraud monitoring.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaison between business, fraud and technology teams in translating transaction fraud monitoring related business needs into process workflows and innovative solutions.
• Ensures that detailed business requirements are clearly defined, well-documented, and approved by the stakeholders
• Write detailed user stories for each point in business requirements (gather fraud monitoring process workflows, fraud rules register and other supporting documents)
• Relationship with external vendors and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis relating to operational functions, workflow, processes, and other business-related issues
• Analyse interaction between system elements, system performance, issues, and implications for integration across the entire solution
• Develop UAT Test cases and lead, guide UAT Environment
• Create user manual and provide system support
• Documentation and training materials management
• Determine patterns of fraud and suspicious activities over certain areas
• Identify system improvements that can be made to eliminate the risk of fraud
• Creates useful strategies and techniques that will help the organization to reduce any forthcoming fraudulent activities
• Updated about the information related to fraud detection equipment and tools

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education & Special Training

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, Finance and/or industry specific qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Business/System Analyst, Quality Assurance Tester, Product Owner/Program Manager (Banking/IT/Finance industry is a plus)
• Prior Project Management, Fraud Analyst and IT roles preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent competency in computer (MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) and presentation skills
• Knowledge of data visualization, analytics and design thinking methodologies will be an added advantage
• Familiar with project management and/or other tracking tools (JIRA/Confluence)
