Job Description

  1. Responsible to update data base of department.
  2. Responsible for prepare shift schedule and purchase order of department in time.
  3. Collect customers complain and report to manager
  4. Updating data entry for all Front End employee and organization structure.
  5. Prepare Fromt Office staffs' Leave, Late & absent data record
  6. Prepare weekly and monthly purchase order for department.
  7. Help and collect KPI data and send to dept head.

  1. At least 2 years in related field
  2. Planning ,Teamwork, Influence Others ,Analysis ,Continuous Improvement ,Customer focus , Motivational fit, Communication and Follow up skill.
  3. Data analysis, Computer Skill
  4. Needed Basic English 4 skills
  5. Understanding FPD, SOP, FRM and Document Numbering System
