Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Receiving guests at the reception by greeting, warmly welcoming, directing them appropriately
  • Notify the responsible department of guests arrival
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, form and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone
  • Support PR Team of Marketing Department (PR Monthly Report and Messenger Reply )
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by respective Head of Department

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree holder
  • At least 1 year experience in related field
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and fluency in English
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • High level interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team
  • Ability to communicate clearly and calmly under pressure
