Under the direct supervision of the CEO and with technical support from Chief Policy Officer, the General Manager (Admin) is responsible to lead Admin Department and perform the following duties and responsibilities;
1. Policy review, revise and development
- Review, revise and develop the policies of Admin Department such as Procurement of goods or services, Safety, Security and etc align with overall business objectives
- Review, revise and develop the SOPs of Admin Department to ensure the efficient administrative support to business operations as well as in line with internal control framework
2. Property Management
- to manage and ensure the proper maintenance of Office Buildings owned or rented by CHID
- to manage and ensure the good condition of all fixed assets and keep a systematic record and tracking
- to manage and ensure good stock managment system and usage of consumable supplies
- to keep centralised filing system of all purchase contracts, lease contracts, service contracts and other important documents
- to manage and responsible for procurement of fixed assets and consumable supplies in accordance with procurement guidelines and procedures
- to be responsible for insurance of properties owned by CHID Bank
2. Facility Management
- to manage and ensure that office vehicles are in good condition
- to manage and oversee the transportation facilities for all staff levels
- to manage and ensure that the proper mainteance of Building, Electrical, water supply and sanitation system of CHID buildings
- to manage and ensure the systematic mailroom service for CHID Bank (manage incoming and outgoing mails)
- to manage and ensure the meeting facilities for BOD and management whenever required
- to be responsible for event management in cordination with Marketing Department and BOD Department for corporate events
3. Safty and Security
- to be responsible for safety and security of CHID Bank HQ and all its branch offices.
- to be responsible for safety and security of CHID Bank Staff
4. Budget planning, implementation and monitoring
- to be responsible for Annual Admin Budget Planning, implementing, monitoring and budget closing in accordance with Finance Guidlines
