There will be five sections which have already related managers such as general affairs, procurement & assets, transportation, M&E and warehouse.

  • Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
  • Plan, direct, and supervise all activities relating to the administration.
  • Know all of the Job Descriptions of Admin Department and accountable for the operations and which Manager's do and give right decision.
  • Admin General Manager had to undertake to CEO and Vice Chairman's direction.
  • Admin General Manager had to do company's mission to finish and success, by   co-operation and coordination with other departments.
  • Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
  • Maintains administrative staff by orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure the maintenance of official records, by-laws, and standing rules according to Board action.
  • Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short- and long-range plans.
  • Ensure that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Revise staff job descriptions when necessary to increase efficiency and achievement of the organization’s goals, with input from staff and other appropriate resources.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated (preferable MBA)
  • Must have 5 years experiences in Admin Manager.
  • Able to manage warehouse 
  • Able to controll 100 manpower.
  • Good analytical skills, reporting skills, leadership skills and able to response to results
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of people and Business Management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Leadership skills with Team Spirit
  • Ability to communicate to other HODs effectively
  • Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Able to travel both domestics and aboard
