Produce daily report formats for SRs.
Timely report to market situation, product performance and customers’ response to management.
Analyze and survey market trend and check fluctuations/activations.
Able to motivate and handle the team for sales to hit target in lower/upper Myanmar.
Monitor SRs and ASMs KPIs weekly and implement changes to the team if needed.
Responsible for safe upkeep of all company owned assets and data, used by direct & indirect reports.
Manage promotion schemes for products to maximize volume & value gain.
Lead & report month to month sales report to management and submit proposal to improve sales team.
Set up outgoing call target for call center.
Produce daily report format for customer service & call center.
Ensure objectives for call center is met by regularly collecting customer feedback.
Ensure regular contact with social media team and digital marketing to boost awareness and overall sales objectives
