Duties and Responsibilities

- Understand and Digest the company’s strategy and mission
- Act as a liaison to develop problem solving framework
- Lead strategic planning meetings.
- Develop business strategic plan and procedure and link with key strategic projects.
- Monitor and Control business strategic plan
- Drive and oversee the progress of multiple key strategic projects and measure progress against KPI.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market changes, company’s business, external market forces.
- Conduct strategic research
- Provide support, insight and system enhancements into organizational changes
- Lead in summarizing and prioritizing all winning opportunities and strategy for each project.
- Provide active strategic guidance to team members by using business strategy framwork

Minimum Qualification
- Degree in Engineering or related
- MBA preferred
- 5 ~ 10 years of experience in energy market or related multi-million dollars projects
- 2+ years of experience as a general manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Myanmar)
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and power point
