We are looking for an Indian in Ynagon for this position who can speak local language and has worked in the commercial manufacturring sector for at least 15-18 years . 

• Developing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of projects
• Negotiating with customers, suppliers and manufacturers
• Building and managing relationships with customers
• Managing Cash Inflows and outflows
• Variance Analysis of Budgeted vs Actual Costs.
• Ensuring continuous process improvements Payables and Receivables.
• Continuous engagement with Sales team and procurement team
• Managing commercial compliances with respect to payment policies, credit norms, review of payment terms and Dealer collection terms.
• Management of working capital and having an acumen to link collection with payments.
• Understanding of LC terms and conditions.
• Ability to understand the commercial contracts and can extract the required information and details from it and get it executed.
• Conducting market research
• Monitoring the progress of projects
• Overseeing the performance of the commercial team which includes sales and procurement of raw materials 
• Pursuing new business opportunities
• Identifying and managing commercial risks

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• Minimum  of 15 years of experience as a Commercial Manager
