Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Provides coordination, guidance and direction of construction
  • To secure sub contract agreements and amounts based on scope of projects 
  • Negotiate contracts and other commercial arrangements, enter into contracts for goods and services for   the company
  • Develops pre bid, bid to review on bidding documents and oversee schedules for all projects through       monitoring with permits,licenses and approvals and applications for permits. consents or approvals 
  • Supervises the construction schedules Quality,Safety and project timeline to be met in target date
  • Creates and Manages long-range funding expenditure schedules
  • Review plans for implementation adequacy
  • Develops project budgets reviews and amends/approves contractor's payment applications, vendor's invoices,
  • Coordinates with architect and contractors, evaluate project change and assist in marketing change

Job Requirements

  • BE(CiviL) or Mechanical Graduate 
  • Minimum 10 years'experience in power generation industry related with EPC works for evaluating and monitoring of the construction 
  • Experienced in steel structure matrix and material building management international contracting expertise 
  • Good working experience knowledge of contract conditions as FIDIC 
  • Good Understanding about organization structure, standard operating procedure, and work procedures specifically in EPC environment
  • Proven track record of successful project completion and commercial input of power generation projects.
