Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

 

  • Proactively monitor and assess competitor initiatives, take tactical decisions to counter, protect and enhance the Company’s position
  •  Establish contacts and create a solid working relationships with agreed and defined target customer
  • Seek new business opportunities within the agreed and defined targeted customers
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and 3rd party service providers on the strict guidelines given to them in order to meet customer expectations
  • Lead the overall planning, impact and effective alignment of brand-related areas (brand-positioning, brand values, brand messaging, brand communication and paid media) to drive an overall awareness, affinity, and cohesive message.
  • Develop full-scale project execution plans and related communication documents
  • Review and track progress against revenue and targets; analyze sales/revenue reports; recommend and propose changes to existing plans and operating budgets; implementing approved changes
  • Work closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure client/ contractual needs and expectations are communicated to achieve positive results
  • Provide monthly reports, data, research and market intelligence to the Management highlighting business performance, competitive landscape and recommendations for increasing revenue
  • Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during each project cycle. • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones and track it
  • Train, motivate and supervise project team members and sub-contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated ( More prefer MBA or Business Development)
  • Over 8 years’ experience in sales & marketing, digital marketing, business development and online platform.
  • Age between 30 to 45
  • Able to perform creativity and passionate to leading start up digital business.
  • Advanced level of presentation, English 4 skills, negotiation, team building skills and reporting.
  • Able to strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial management, people management, change management.
  • Can lead high performing cross functional team and set the short, medium and long term strategy for the direction and commercial success of their online market.
  • Can manage all online trading and ensure partner relationships.
  • Can work under pressure and accept new assign challenging.
  • Strong in commitment and competence in technology business.
