Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
  • Communicating with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
  • Estimate food needs, place orders with distributors, and schedule the delivery of fresh food and supplies.
  • Report and communicate regularly with Managing Director, regarding departmental performance and ensure he is informed of any relevant information or issues. Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with the human resources department with regards to recruitment needs, training analysis, and delivery and employee relations
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation, service.
  • Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
  • Check customer satisfaction regularly, ensuring all guest feedback is dealt with in a professional and efficient manner
  • Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs. Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
  • Prompt timekeeping and attendance, and effective organization of Rules and Regulation

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree
  • At least (5) years experience with Manager Role in F&B field.
  • Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and preparation of reports
  • Should be good in English 4 skills
