1. He/she will be responsible for the overall management of departmental store operation including supermarket management and staffs.
2. Supervise and Manage day to day operations and make sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
3. To focus and emphasize the growth of customer crowds, creating business strategies, developing promotions and marketing plans.
4. Maintain store standards and try to increase store image among customers and competitors.
5. Market survey and competitor’s analysis must do regularly
6. Make sure customer needs and wants are met, best customer service and give the best shopping experience and atmosphere.
7. Make sure the displays, products and categories are well merchandise effectively to increase sales, customers, and revenues.
8. Try to improve the revenue and profitable growth of store to cooperate with supermarket team and tenants.
9. Forecast the needs of market, trend, and consumer behaviors.
10. Dealing and relationship with tenants, resident management and solving complaints.
11. Train, coach, motivate and organize the staffs to achieve store targets.
12. To create schedules and follow up regular maintenance of store including equipment, machineries, furniture, and store properties.
13. Make sure the store area and public areas to get fresh, clean and hygiene all the time including walk ways, signages and waste water systems
14. To create secure and safety environment for store customers, tenants, customer vehicles and staffs and car packing
15. Cooperate with the marketing department and decorate the store to get customer attentions including seasonal such as Thin gyan, Thi din kyute, X’mas, new year and Chinese new year.
16. Minimize and control the wastage, expenses and costs by doing schedules and plans such as electricity, water and miscellaneous.
17. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports and submit to the management.
18. Attend regular monthly meeting and present the situations of Departmental Store.
