Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Perform underwriting for Loan to facilitate financial condition, repayment, risk management and transaction.
  • Evaluates and structures loan requests, determining appropriate documentation for approved loans.
  • Evaluate financial risk in conformance with underwriting policies and procedures.
  • Develop creative solutions and strategies for underwriting including crosssells in accordance with all policies and procedures all while providing an excellent member experience.
  • Reviewing the CBM regulations and highlighting the potential impact on the loan portfolio
  • Monitoring performance of the loan portfolios and report to the Executive Management Team.
  • Leading a credit reporting team to ensure sending reports to regulator on time
  • Liaising with technology team to raise, track and resolve data and system/ maintenance issues
  • Strong relationship management and business development abilities, with thorough knowledge of credit products.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a relevant degree in finance, banking or equivalent is required. A Master’s degree is also preferred.
  • Must have over 10 years of management experience  in the related field
  • Good interpersonal skills, people management, and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
