General Manager at a fast-growing food manufacturing company in Yangon

 

  • Manage and monitor overall factory operations
  • Up to 2,000,000 MMK + Annual Bonus + other allowances

The Role

 

  • Staff managing and engaging
  • Responsible for managing overall productions and handling factory operations management
  • Directly report to Director
  • To develop food production, sales activities, to manage for Business development plan

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in factory production experienced with good people management skills. Applicants with manufacturing experiences from seafood industry will be a bonus.

 

  • A bachelor’s degree is a must

 

  • Able to communicate in English

 

  • Able to work under pressure.
