Responsible for the overall management about operation functions of the whole organization

Responsible for ensuring the significant operation management
Manage overall operation management including credit, risk, collection, operation and business expansion
Deal with government office and regulator
Coordinate with vendors for business expansion
Implement profit & loss, business strategy and delinquency control process

Job Requirements
Minimum 7 years of management level experiences in microfinance industry
Must have good knowledge of microfinance business and vendor management
Business English
Bachelor degree is a must and other related education background is preferred
