To support our regional growth, we are looking for our General Sale Manager

ROLE
Drive and Support our Local Strategic Accounts, Key Accounts and Customer Service Teams to reach business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Grow sales by jointly maintaining and growing existing accounts, as well as acquiring new accounts
• Ensure that the services and supports provided to clients is timely, professional and differentiating
• Support, Coach and Train your Teams
• Implement Action Plans to Support Business Strategy and play an active role in its evolution
• Maintain strong relationship with Retailers and Strategic Accounts
• Play and active role in product development evolution based on customer feedback
• Identify opportunities to invite other Retailers to join Myanmar Retail Platform

Job Requirements

CANDIDATE BACKGROUND
• 30 years old and above with 3 to 5 years B2B Sales experience in Key Accounts in FMCG or Service Industry.
• Success track records in B2B business development
• Experience in B2B digital sales and marketing is a plus
