>Responsible to monitor and troubleshoot on DWDM network including incidents, outages and performance alerts via phone line and emails.
>Elevate incidents to next level technical support or field dispatch, when a case is not resolved within predetermined timeframe, and according to established processes and procedures.
>Responsible to create trouble ticket / workorder and track trouble tickets to closure.
> To create necessary reports on daily / monthly basic.
>Ensure that daily operations and tasks are properly completed or followed up such as user termination / reopen / blocking on IPstar system.
>Enhance operational processes to continually meet customers requirements.
>Escalate issues to relavent internal and external teams in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Job Requirements
>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Technology.
>Proven ability to work well within a team environment.
>Able to conmunicate in english via phone and email.
>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and networking
>1 year working experiences Transmission knowledge for Telecom Services.
>Able to work in flexible shift hours.
>Willingness to learn
>Positive mindset and attitude
