Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
  • Analyze weekly sales progress of major enterprises and report to Top Management
  • Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
  • Coordinate with the team to the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
  • Provide the guidelines to direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
  • Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
  • Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
  • Develop plans for expansion and business development.
  • Monitor the budgetary control and Performance variance
  • Communicate strategy and results to the Management Team and related employees.
  • Report key results to Top Management.
  • Engage with Top Management in broader organizational strategic planning.
  • Ad Hoc duties as required by management

Job Requirements

►Must possess bachelor degree in any discipline / preferred in business management with Master degree
►At least 8 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Commercial Background
►Proficient in English, both written and verbal
►Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power-Point, Using Internet & E-mail).
►Ability to plan, organize, lead and control the business including financial and operational
►Ability to motivate, manage and discipline all employees to be self-motivated, result-oriented
►Effective managerial skills, interpersonal skills and conceptual skills
►Strong technical skills and problem solving skills
►Strong leadership skills and decision making skills
►High level of integrity and honesty
►Effective people management skills
