Job Description

  1. Overseeing the development and installation of new unique application, networking and computing infrastructures at the Client.
  2. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools as per customer requirements.
  3. Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.
  4. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  5. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
  6. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  7. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  8. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  9. Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  10. Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  11. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
  12. Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
  13. Liaising with vendors and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date with developments.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting application and operating systems, software and hardware environments.
  2. BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
  3. Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
  4. Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products.
  5. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  6. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  8. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  9. Willing to travel.
  10. Ability to work independently, and with team too.
  11. Proficient in English speaking and writing is more.
