• To lead teaching and learning, demonstrating best practice and supporting team to provide a well-planned, challenging and purposeful learning environment for students. 
• To lead curriculum development work, including the implementation of course outlines, syllabi and schemes of work. 
• To monitor, challenge and support the work of faculty lecturer through the quality assurance Cycle. 
• To ensure effective development of students’ literacy and skills throughout the curriculum. 
• To assist the academic achievement & employment skills of the students. 
• To provide timetable information to the Timetable Lead and liaise with him to ensure the best use of subject and other expertise. 
• Within the context of the school’s aims and policies, to develop and implement faculty policies, plans, targets and practices. 
• To ensure that the faculty meets the requirements of the examination boards with respect to syllabus, moderation and marking. 
• To prepare for and participate actively in meetings of the Leadership Team. 
• To lead the production of the Faculty Improvement Plan as part of the School Improvement Plan, including consideration of team development and training implications. 
• To lead faculty meetings to increase of team spirit & professional deveploment.

- MBA, M.Com, MBF, MPA, Ph.D. degree holders -preferred. 
- Relevant work and teaching experiences educational establishment 
- Have at least 5 years of successful teaching experience in educational institutions. 
- Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and ability to work under  

  pressure 

- Have experience of using ICT in both lesson planning and demonstration abilities. 
- Ability to work with a team in the Business Department's Administration 
  Prefer international authorized degree holders and teaching experience in international   

  and universities.
