Provide inputs in the development and revision of Company’s long-term and annual business plan.
Lead in implementing the initiated plan of actions of business development department as stated in long-term and annual business plan of Company.
Ensure all plan of actions which are annually initiated and approved project proposals are properly and timely implemented.
Provide leadership, management and day-to-day behavior and attitudes, which exemplify, and encourage others to follow, Company Mission, Core Values and Christian identity
Ensure customer's complaints and/or feedbacks are effectively recorded and communicated to the compliant resolution committee and professionally provide response to customers.
Organize survey and collect up-to-date information of other MFI's and company's service quality and improve Company Myanmar customer service satisfaction.
Monitor customer satisfaction level on customer service standard, complaint and customer relationship management.

Job Requirements

4 - 5 years of Management level in Microfinance /Banking experience.
Possess a bachelor degree (Degree in Marketing/Business Administration preferred)
Proficient in English language
Banking experience/background shall be an advantage
Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
