Position Summary:

The head of communication marketing will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be a key member of the new senior leadership team.

Head of Communication marketing serve as the primary staff for the strategic planning, direction of the communications and marketing and operational delivery of activity for the organization. You will be expected to provide the Marketing direction and support within the organization, actively participating in the organization’s strategy, communications, brand management as well as event planning and coordinating. The Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications will also be responsible for internal and external communications, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in implementing the firm's marketing plan.

Building and leading a new marketing team, you will be key to further developing our brand proposition and to providing marketing direction across the organization.  You will be passionate about the importance of excellent marketing communications and have creative ideas for how the organization’s presence and brand recognition can be further developed to support brand awareness, market penetration and engagement.

Core responsibilities:

• Head of Communication Marketing compile, develop and execute the firm’s marketing plan, in line with the business strategy as decided and communicated by the management team. 
• Setup, Design and co-ordinate media campaigns, advertising and all kind of PR visibility on print, online and social media.
• update and monitor the approved calendar of events.
• Participate in the planning of external and internal events, conferences and fairs and coordinate as directed by the Partners. And then need to procure all PR and brand related items and materials for events.
• Be involved in and collaborate on all initiatives related to the organization’s Recruitment, business Development, PR and Corporate Social Responsibility.
• Conduct marketing research to support any required project and keep updated with latest current trends and guidelines.
• Follow up the website and update information and activities regularly.
• Prepare presentations, reports, statements and editorial for the Chief Marketing Officer if necessary.
• Manage the marketing budget.
• Prepare Marketing plan for each projects of Industry.
• Act as spokesperson and ambassador for the organization.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Prepare all the Research

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10-years relevant experience as Head of Communication Marketing, preferably with our industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management and strong business acumen.
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Travel will be necessary in line with operational requirements
