Job Summary

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. serves customers by selling consumer products, develop, and manages a territory to achieve the maximum sales goals and maintain profitability.

Report To

The Head of Consumer will report to Managing Director.

Job description

  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Developing financial plan   and   operating costs.
  • Preparing stock replenishment report
  • Preparing stock and sales projection
  • Developing annual sales strategies and budgets
  • Planning for new product launch
  • Reporting weekly/monthly business performance analysis
  • Improving sales and distribution routes
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Ensures compliance with all company procedures  / SOP’s and government regulations

Job Requirements

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Male or Female age (35) and above.
  • Any Graduate (or) Diploma of Sale and Marketing  (or) MBA
  • Good command of the English language, good communication, Computer skill, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and long hours
  • previous working experience as a National Sales Manager or Head of consumer  for (7) year(s) in FMCG field.
  • In-depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team
  • Applicable experience of sales performance metrics
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical and data-driven problem solver
