Job Description

  • Develop and execute a clearly defined marketing and communications strategy in a manner that supports business growth and enhances brand equity
  • Ensure content accurately represents the brand and engages the vision of the global marketing strategy
  • Ensure website designers and developers adhere to marketing message and strategy
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Understand buying influencers, budgets, and purchasing criteria for our customer base
  • Lead research by quantifying and qualifying pools of data, digital trends, user behaviors and user experience audits to evaluate all digital marketing activities and to inform the overall marketing approach for the brand
  • Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities
  • Evaluate, select, supervise and maintain proper relationship and trust with vendors including freelance designers, videographers and production vendors
  • Ability to handle the customer acquisition, retention and growth with outstanding customer service skill
  • Provides mentoring to all employees and motivates staff to meet or surpass organizational and sales goals

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor Degree in Business Administratio or Marketing or Business Management or related field

  • Minimum 10 years’ experiences in similar position, especially in E-Commerce Sector

Skills and Knowledge required:

  • A passion for bold, disruptive initiatives and an ability to work outside of the limits of brand conformity
  • Demonstrable and proven track record of marketing, branding, and growing of an online provider of consumer goods or services
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and outstanding attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships within area of influence as well as cross-functionally throughout the organization
  • Ability to coach, mentor and develop team members
  • Must demonstrate effective leadership, problem solving, presentation, and employee motivational skills
  • Proficient in Internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
