Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Develop short, medium and long term risk management strategies, systems, policies, and procedures in line with the company’s strategy, informed by analysis of traditional and non-traditional data sources
  • Develop and maintain data-driven, automated, adaptive credit scoring system
  • Independently advise on appropriate risk measurement methodologies and effectively convey risk to key stakeholders within the organization
  • Work closely with the all internal teams to identify key risk metrics
  • Create, maintain, and enhance risk monitoring systems
  • Partner with the Technology Team to continuously improve data capture and visualization tools for risk monitoring
  • Report and resolve risk management deficiencies in a timely manner

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, international degree preferred
  • At least 5 years’ risk management experience, ideally in financial services industry
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of financial services risk drivers and mitigations
  • Solid quantitative/technical background and excellent numerical skills
  • Experience leading a team; able to provide risk team with hands-on guidance and support towards the progress of their goals
