Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for end to end leading and management of the digital banking delivery channels including but not limited to ATMs, Card System, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Third Party Payments, Wallets, POS, Self-Servicing Channels, Automation Applications, MIS Systems etc.
  • Develop and execute short term and long-term strategy for all Digital Channels in coordination with concerned stakeholders
  • Timely upgradation of All Digital Channels to get latest benefits from updated systems.
  • Develop and conduct performance analysis of all Digital Channels
  • Ensuring continuity of all the digital channels and services by 24*7
  • Prepare yearly budget and ensure the execution of such Budget Items. Also monitoring of implementation on timely manner.
  • Build and implement digital eco-system with API solutions and services for smooth deployment and integration with all Systems
  • Design and transfer manual process to automated workflows to decrease human effort to complete the task
  • Work for reducing operation cost by implementing digital products and services in coordination with all stakeholders
  • Coordination with the major stakeholders and support teams to implement digital products and initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in IT and related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 Years of experience in Digital banking Sector with minimum 4 years of experience in Supervisory role
  • Experience in delivering Digital Products services like Card Systems, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Wallets, Self-Servicing Channels, Automated Systems
  • Detail knowledge of Digital Ecosystems
  • Able to identify the digital requirement
  • Experience in the most current technologies and products used in the banking industry.
  • Good understanding of Security Frameworks for Digital Products
  • Good team player and team mobilizer
