• Develops the business strategic plans for operation team and ensures to implement and
• monitor it effectively.
• Capable of achieving the business target and have a good relationship with external and
• internal customers.
• Ensure proper risk management is implemented at every level of the business.
• Set up a capable team to develop the technical and organizational competencies necessary
• to meet the objectives.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. Assign, lead and monitor

• Liaises with the financial controller in order to attract the support of Financial Institutions and
• solicits their cooperation.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements on each level of operation
• Collect all of the currently used formwork from every project and do proper records and
• listings Make sure to adopt waste management plan whether they have to repair or redesign
• and do procurement plan for new production and purchase overseas, etc.
• Ensure to make proper logistics flow in accordance with the project delivery and manage
• the proper storage of both used and new formworks on yard or on site.
• Ability of reading and interpreting drawings and coordinate with inhouse and out- source
• design team to plan ahead for design calculations.
• Manage and plan in line with the site programme to ensure the project are met, monitor
• during assembly, erection and final positioning.
• Able to monitor and maintain HSE working practices and policies.
• Able to manage profitable and responsible for Profit and Loss of the Business.

• BE (Civil) with related field experience not less than 10-year (or) AGTI (Civil) with related field experience not less than 15-year (or) University Degree with related field experience not less than 20-year
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
• Financial literacy, ability to work with budgets, P&L statements, business plans
• Customer-focused and commercially adept, able to negotiate and close contracts.
• Good knowledge of Sales & Marketing principles (budgeting, strategic planning)
• Verbal and written communication skill in English
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Auto CAD 2D/3D)
• Follows to all workplace health and safety rules & regulations, standards, and practices
• Time and again visit to project sites and attending on-site project meeting
