This is an opportunity to be part of a big journey of Osotspa Public Company - a leading energy drink manufacturer from Thailand - to drive growth of international business unit and to involve in commercial team along with the newly establishment of factory in Myanmar. 

 

The ideal candidate will welcome the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization and thrive in new and developing areas of this business. The candidate will manage overall sales in traditional trade channel in Myanmar.

  • Planning and development of strategies for General Trade and driving long term strategic business growth
  • Identify opportunities for growth in GT reviewing all RTM aspects e.g. sales metrics, wholesaler performances, promotional mechanics, etc.
  • Improve sales processes and monitor progress , analysis and reporting of sales performances in territory
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationship with potential and existing customers
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 5 years in sales management experience preferably proven experience in FMCGs or other related customer driven organizations
  • Have experience in filed Traditional Trade and Distributor management would be advantage.
  • Understands what it takes to win in the market place.
  • Able analyze market information including presentations to executives level.
  • Achieve monthly / annual sell-out per budgets
  • Expand distribution outlets
  • Achieve in-store merchandising & brand visibility
  • Channel P&L
