Supervise and lead the graphic designing team.
Participate in designing computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, and many other forms of visual communication.
Delegate job responsibilities among junior team and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline.
Complete the work within the timeline.
Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide best quality of designs.
Train and mentor junior designer teams.
Be aware of the latest techniques and procedures used in designs.
Work in collaboration with colleagues across Sale & Marketing department.

Job Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree or diploma in art, A master's degree is preferable for this position to be proficient in managerial functions.
More than 10 years of experience in management level.
Excellent creative and innovative skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and and Leadership skills.
Can work under pressure.Good command of verbal and written English
