• Provide HR advice and support to all departments of the company• Review and revise rules and regulations, contracts and remuneration policy and ensurecompliance to local labor laws and other employment-related regulations• Perform recruitment, selection, placement process and on-boarding• Oversee position changes, induction of new staffs including orientation and retention strategy• Take lead in the review and update of appropriate job descriptions, standardize job descriptions for all positions and make sure all staff files are in place• Champions effective employee relations and manages performance issues, grievances and exit procedures• Closely coordinate and cooperate with MD and senior management team for human resource related matter• Controlling employment documents such as employment offer letter, employment contract, labor registration etc.• Perform discipline and disciplinary process where necessary Payroll• Managing and oversee employees’ SSB contributions and personal income tax calculation.• Setting up of Payroll Accounting/ Payroll Management & pay regulations• Supervision of employee data updating, attendance & overtime calculation, leave record and processing payroll.• Implement rewards and recognition plan for employees• Manage and coordinate on annual salary review process and adjustmentsAdministration• Manage and monitor the implementation of administrative process and procedures• Ensure completion of paper and digital filing as well as securing administrative documents on all bases• Supervise the back up of all files at coordination level on a regular basis and ensure thefiling of documentsTraining & Development• Conduct and arrange necessary training required for all and specific employees to buildstrong relationship among employees• Coordinate performance appraisal process with coaching and counselling of staff andmanagers• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by MD.

Job Requirements
• Any graduate, preferable in Human Resource Management or Business Administration• Minimum 5 years of experience in management level of HR field• Experience in microfinance field is a plus• Fluent in Myanmar and English, both oral and written• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint• Knowledge and experience in HR related software is desirable• Excellent communication skills with employee and departmental key person• Strong knowledge of Myanmar employment and labor laws• Strong leadership quality with ability to work independently or in team.• Good planning skills, target oriented and detail minded with strong sense of challengingspirit.
