Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Manage daily operation of staff attendance, HRIS, staff payroll, SSB, income tax payment, health care, insurance programs and employee mobility program and ensure that practices are in line with company policy and country laws.
  • Responsible to conduct survey industry trends, complete benefits surveys and review information obtained from the results. Analyse complex benefits information and recommend new benefit program or improved existing program.
  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to implementation of HR policies, compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent attraction and retention, especially in Local recruitment
  • Interact with Senior Management and employees to facilitate smooth functioning of the operations of the company

Job Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in HRM specialisation or related field
  • A minimum of 7 years’ work experience in construction industry is required
  • Well-versed in local labour legislation and practices
  • English essential and a second language desirable
