• Develop and implement HR strategies that are consistent with the company's overall business strategy.• Bridging responsibilities between Top Management and staff regarding staffing issues• Participate in HR strategies for current and future business development in terms of business strategy.• HR Planning that will be in line with the Company's current and future business plans, Organization Planning, Develop and implement HR Budget Planning.• JD, Tasks and Duties of employees depending on the business processes to be carried out in accordance with the vision and mission of the company. Reviewing and revising Employee Hand Book and Rules and Regulations. To submit to Top Management for decision making.• Oversee management the recruitment and interview process in accordance with the Company's requirements• Policies those are compatible with your organization to create a happy and enjoyable work environment. Setting rules to follow; Implement compliance• Implement Training Needs and Analysis to provide necessary training for each Business Unit• Employee Talent Develop and implement performance management plans that measure quality development.• Arrange for the implementation of Employee Performance and Salary Increment Plan, Succession Plan, Promotion Plan.

Job Requirements
• Must have MBA or MPA Completion.• Minimum (7) years experiences in HR Management role, which is including in Group of Companies’ experiences.• Must have strong knowledge in overall HR functions and labor laws.• Must have strong knowledge in Business Management and must have HR Business partner Skills.• Excellent communication skill and team management skills• Must be proficient in English 4 Skills.• Proficient Computer literate as MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Email/Internet• Report to Corporate CEO/BO
