Head of ICT (Information and Communications Technology)

Hana Financial Group (HFG) is one of the largest bank holding companies in South Korea. The Group initiated its first investment in Myanmar’s microfinance sector in 2014 through Hana Microfinance (former KEB Hana Microfinance) and has a medium-term ambition of becoming a leading Fintech player for Myanmar’s underserved customers in its rapidly growing financial service sector.

To enable this ambitious, technology-driven vision, the Group seeks a Head of ICT for its ICT transformation & operations in Myanmar. The successful candidate will work closely with the top management as well as in-house and outsourced innovation and technology teams to ensure cutting edge, continuous transform and modernized cloud based ICT operations to meet future business needs, promote continuous learning within the team to ensure continuous modernization of ICT, support the execution of the Fintech strategy as well as adopt agile ways of working within the ICT team, and act as a role model for other departments.

You will be comfortable to design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedure. You will also be responsible for ensure security of systems, data, network access, and backup systems.

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Motivated individual with demonstrated management experience in an ICT environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of senior experience in managing an ICT department
• Good knowledge in Software Coding, Analytics, Network Infrastructure, Network Security, Core Banking System, API, Web services and cloud computing technologies
