Job Description

Provide IT system support and training to end-users as appropriate
Manage and develop the competence of the infrastructure support team in tandem with business plans
Implement business process mapping and re-engineering that stabilizes the constraints of technology and resource implications.
Preserve assets by implementing a disaster recovery plan and back-up procedures for information security and control structures
Direct technological implementation plans that have strong linkage to company’s goals, strategies, corporate practices and business users’ projects
Provide solutions on the whole cycle from technology; infrastructure; to business processes, leading to an efficient and effective structure supporting the growth of the business.
Understand the changes in business needs; assess the business impact of change required, bring together, analyze and document the requirements; support the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stake-holders.

Job Requirements

Prior experience in digital projects would be highly advantageous.
A Degree in Computer Science / IT / Business Management or equivalent;
At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in user environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; good social and communication skills, coupled with organizational skills.
You are highly-motivated, with a can-do attitude; and thrive in a start-up environment; resourceful and operate with integrity.
Prior experience in a business system assessments role supporting ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
