Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Create and execute learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with various C-level executives, Division Heads, Department Heads to evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
  • Conduct annual training need analysis, prepare annual training plans and budget plans.
  • Oversee and manage E-learning platform and programs.
  • Manage day to day operation of L&D, training rooms and trainers.
  • Oversee and manage seminar, training events and workshops for all staffs.
  • Organize promotion training programs and tests for promotion selection process.
  • Organize training programs for low performing staffs and monitor their performance.
  • Attending relevant meeting and networking sessions.
  • Collaborate and perform proactively in cross-departmental projects.
  • Perform other Ad-hoc duties assigned by CHRO.

Job Requirements

  • Any Master Degree graduate preferably in HR related field.
  • Minimum (5) years of deparment head level experiences in Training or Talent development in corporate level organization.
  • Strong knowledge on problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge in curriculum development, teaching methods and Learning management systems.
  • Must have experience in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Good computer skill in Microsoft Office; Excel, Words and PowerPoint. 
  • Able to travel depend on the business requirement. 
  • Good time management skill.
  • Good decision making and organizational skills.
  •  Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods is a plus point.
