An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Supervises the Marketing Team with the development of branding and acquisition technics to acquire, retain, and expand relationships with customers and identified target segments.  
  • Executes targeted marketing campaigns, including development and coordination of email blasts, digital advertising, branch signage, and website content. Tracks and reports results.
  • Supervises the Creative Team in the designs for all marketing collateral. 
  • Supervises the Community Managers in managing the strategy and content creation for social media posts and website contents. 
  • Collaborates with business teams to develop targeted marketing programs that assist in the achievement of branch and sales goals.  
  • Assists in the assessment and development of new products and services that meet customer needs. 
  • Plans and organizes bank-sponsored events.  
  • Identifies and organises community events and opportunities that maximize the Bank’s visibility and aligns with the Bank’s strategic objectives.  
  • Ensure adequate PR activity and preparation of media releases.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. The equivalent in work experience is acceptable for this position.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in leading a marketing team. 
  • Strong communication skills to handle customers, sales staff and management. 
  • Good presentation skills and use of presentation software. 
  • Strong creativity.
