Plan and develop merchandising strategies for all brands under the company
Preparing internal team process, work flow and giving a guidance to Brand Manager for individual brand team development
Dealing with new brand principles, preparing business plan, negotiation about margin, marketing budget and finalizing the contract
Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve overall brands’ strategy execution
Monitoring inventory level & sales performance of each brand
Review OTB & checking the detail calculation of ratio
Serve as the face of the business for assigned brands regarding with principle communication.
Engage in the larger community by attending events, networking with local business owners and neighborhood organizations as well as other opportunities to showcase the goup of brands.
Identify, negotiate & secure excellent standalone/counter retail locations in line with the brand image & strategy to expand the brand network in Myanmar in a profitable manner
Elaborate & deliver ambitious budgets & budget revisions which optimize resource utilization
Analyze how brand is positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumers insights
Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up
Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Crisis and risk management
Providing CEO with feedback & Action plan
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Job Requirements
Track record of success in developing and leading strong sales and customer focused teams
Hands on team leadership approach with an entrepreneurial attitude and ability to think both strategically and tactically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Burmese)
Strong research and analytical skills
Highly creative with ability to think out of box
