Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the P&L of brands and advise, coach and educate team regarding revenue goals, spending goals as well as opportunities for growth
  • Oversee and keep team up to date with process changes
  • Oversee team including performance management reviews
  • Recruit & manage a strong team to build & execute plans to accelerate the retail sales growth of each brand
  • By leading the overall skill building and development of brand teams in line with company initiatives, create a positive talent development culture.
  • Plan and develop merchandising strategies for all brands under the company

  • Preparing internal team process, work flow and giving a guidance to Brand Manager for individual brand team development

  • Dealing with new brand principles, preparing business plan, negotiation about margin, marketing budget and finalizing the contract

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve overall brands’ strategy execution

  • Monitoring inventory level & sales performance of each brand

  • Review OTB & checking the detail calculation of ratio

  • Serve as the face of the business for assigned brands regarding with principle communication.

  • Engage in the larger community by attending events, networking with local business owners and neighborhood organizations as well as other opportunities to showcase the goup of brands.

  • Identify, negotiate & secure excellent standalone/counter retail locations in line with the brand image & strategy to expand the brand network in Myanmar in a profitable manner

  • Elaborate & deliver ambitious budgets & budget revisions which optimize resource utilization

  • Analyze how brand is positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumers insights

  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up

  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”

  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

  • Crisis and risk management

  • Providing CEO with feedback & Action plan

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Job Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts
  • Any Degree Holder AND/OR Specific Tangible Qualification in Management.
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.
  • Track record of success in developing and leading strong sales and customer focused teams

  • Hands on team leadership approach with an entrepreneurial attitude and ability to think both strategically and tactically.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Burmese)

  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
