  • Direct and lead the entire operation functions in setting market competitive policies and procedures which comply with compliance requirements.
  • Develop talents in Life Operations and motivate staff to go extra miles and be their best.
  • Coordinate and work with Group Office on major projects and implement group initiatives within timeline and budget.
  • Provide direction and guidance to all level of talents to provide best-in class services.
  • Set high service standard and develop a mechanism to measure quality standard and build a service-oriented culture.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory development and help lobbying with regulator and industry associations.
  • People development to develop a high-performance team.

Job Requirements

  • In-depth life insurance, customer service and product knowledge.
  • 10-15 years of working experience in service industry.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in people managerial role.
  • Specific Business Knowledge:
    1. Strong business acumen, Focus on customers.
    2. Effective communications, Strategic planning.
    3. Leading change, Drive results, Thinks and Acts Strategically.
    4. Ability to analyze and problem solve.
