Job Purpose:

To oversee the Pre-sales & Wholesales channel, Special Project (viz, smart solutions, IOT, public wifi) relationships of ATOM Myanmar with its most important clients and prospects. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

To build strong relationships with ISP/ Reseller customers. Able to identify needs and requirements to promote ATOM Myanmar solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing ATOM Myanmar business to achieve long-term success.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for adequate support on the execution of all Atom Business connectivity for both short term and long-term strategic products to drive growth and achieve market leadership
  • Ensure proper support to channels team for execution for the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of Atom B2B portfolio of products and services
  • Ensure support on product roadmaps for connectivity and IoT product requirements for an end-to-end customer journey covering the entire stack— mobile and connectivity, cloud solutions, data and Value-added services.
  • Get engaged in solution pitch for the strategic account and expand pool.
  • Make sure all the customer needs been captured, simplifying complex issues and developing appropriate solutions for their needs.
  • Support Atom B2B product strategies and identify product opportunities to grow market share
  • Have hands on Knowledge on ICT Product (Such as IPT Telephony, LAN, MPLS, Managed Service, Data centers, Hosted PABX, cloud, Managed Wi fi, Data networks like DIA, DPLC, Satellite etc., IoT & M2M like Vehicle tracking, digital metering etc.
  • Continually interact with internal / external vendors, consultants, partners and customers to make sound, recommendations for strategic decisions regarding implementation alternatives across the entire stack.
  • Acquisition for new potential customers (ISPs) wise and business dealing (E2E).
  • Build strong cross functional alignment with internal / external stakeholders to shorten go to market / problem solving timeline. Work on building proper SLA
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
  • Good understanding of the market trend and work internally with various internal departments to formalize the suitable solutions to push business growth
  • Contribute to revenue growth and market share growth in the white space segments.
  • Conduct financial forecasting, including performing financial modeling and ROIs for different pricing scenarios for each campaign, in order to support effective development of revenue planning and forecasting strategy, in which is in alignment with Business Group’s overall strategy.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technology and/or Data Analytics.
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management / Information Technology or its related discipline
  • Strong data interpretation, quantitative & analytical skills, good communication & presentation skills
  • A good understanding of the vast range of B2B connectivity journey
  • Preferable familiar & well-experience in Tele & data communication environment especially ISP sector.
  • Experience in sales and providing effectiveness based on customer nature & demands.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong team player with High level of personal moral and integrity
  • Process oriented approach towards problem solving
  • Must be a self-going and independent person with initiative, energy and flexibility
  • Exceptional business judgement using strong strategic thinking, customer centricity and appreciation for execution / operational excellence.
