• Develop sourcing strategies for Myanmar in short, medium, and long term to deliver cost effectiveness, quality, and better services including lead new opportunities with delivered of Cost Saving, New Production Development, Promotion, and any changing.
• Initiate process improvement and controlling, develop Work Instruction for operations guideline (both procurement and planning )
• Manage and drive multiple projects with cross-functional team across business fuctions and work closely with Thailand procurement and planning team.
• Supervise planning operations both demand planning, supply planning, production & supplier capacity, RM ordering and call off to ensure no supply shortage and healthy stock level as policy by consideration related resources limitation and managements.
• Motivate, develop and coaching team for skill improvement 
• Mrepare budgeting and resource planning
• To perform other relate duties as assign.
• To manage overall Procurement and Planning
• Implement and or revise the procurement & planning policy ,work in struction to match with local situtation
• Manage and procure goods and services for business and ensure compliance with procurement and planning policy and guideline
• To obtain the optimal balance between price, quality and service while maintaining responsibility to the economy, society and environment
• To manage demand planning and supply planning to meet with business requirement plan by awareness to maximize service level, optimum cost, minimize business waste. 

-Experience in procurement management end to end process both direct (food ingredient) and indirect materials (manufacturing) oversea and local suppliers and OEM for FG.
-Working Experience in Procurement, Planning and/or Supply Chain at least 12 years
-Prefered experience in FMCG industrial at least 8 years
-Experience in Category management  and Supplier management
-Experience in Cost Saving contribution with main initiative 
-Project Management experience
