- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent working experience
- Hands-on experience as a Senior Product Manager, Senior Product Leader or Head of Product and 5+ years of experience in the digital product space, of which minimum 2 years in a leadership position
- A proven track record in digital product management with particular emphasis developing products in the mobile application space
- Experience in banking/payment industry is a big plus
- Know-how to manage complex topics, customers and multiple stakeholders to successfully bring value to our offering
- Experience in design thinking, lean product and agile methodologies is an advantage
- Strong management skills, ability to develop, inspire, lead (people-first / content-led)
- Analytical and hands-on approach with both business and technical teams
- Ability to translate analytics into actionable strategic recommendations and capacity to effectively communicate complex information and concepts to different types of audiences
- Customer Segmentation, Campaign management and follow-up
- Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with consultancy skills and robust understanding of the business planning cycle and processes
- Willingness to experiment, learn new ways of working and new and technologies
- Straight forward communication with stakeholders at all levels and across the organization
- Excellent command of English and Myanmar language (both spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel occasionally (<20%)
