About the Job: The Head of Program (HOP) is primarily responsible for the overall management of all activities of the DKT Myanmar Program to ensure the scheduled reports, provide technical guidance, monitor progress and grant budgeting. DKT Myanmar's program activities includes educating Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and Family Planning (FP) to the community and delivering technical training for all DKT Myanmar products to all kinds of service providers. He/she will lead the development of partnerships, advocacy and acts as a point of contact with ministries, donors and other stakeholders. He/she will work on grant management and fund-raising proposals with the Country Director.

Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Lead the program team and design the work for execution to meet the program’s goals
• Track the progress of the works, organize the team and ensure the activities are done according to the agreement with Donors
• Prepare monthly reports and submit to the Country Director in timely manner
• Prepare donor proposal reports for new projects by coordinating with Country Director
• Develop, Maintain and Ensure the positive relationship with donors, MOHS and partner organizations by attending the meeting and submitting timely narrative reports
• Be a point of contact in every program work for DKT Myanmar
• Communicate, collaborate and share the works with internal terms to ensure the alignment and effectiveness of the works for DKT Myanmar’s Mission
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

• Master’s degree in any disciplines. (Professional Diploma/ Postgraduate in Project Management/ General Management is preferable.)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in program development and project management in INGOs
• Experience in conducting trainings for health care providers is preferable
• Experience with strategic planning and execution with documented results
• Strong report writing skill both in English and Myanmar Languages
• Ability to travel and work under pressure in a multicultural environment
• Ability to do data analysis by using MS excel and pivot tables
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability
• Have a strong commercial focus and an ability to successfully align with commercial teams and cross functional collaboration
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
• Good knowledge in Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH)
