Job Description

Establish project procedures consistent with contractual documents and quality plans for all engineering work
Delivering projects in accordance with the client’s requirements and contractual agreement
Providing planning and technical expertise for complex tasks and multidisciplinary projects
Assist with overseeing and facilitating project planning activities to enable profitable and quality delivery of projects
Assist with coordinating project planning activities across multiple disciplines and monitor plans through best practice project controls to ensure timely delivery of projects to time, cost and quality
Support management of project budget, schedule and work scope
Support project controls measures implementation, schedule and conduct periodic project reviews to oversee and facilitate successful project delivery performance
Support management of risk/change processes during delivery, including claims management
Progress reporting and monitoring in line with Project contract KPIs

Job Requirements

PMP Certified and experience in establishing / supporting PMO / CoE within complex programs in global financial institutions is highly preferred with additional experience in process re-engineering ,
Advanced proficiency in MS Access, Excel & VBA Macros, SharePoint, InfoPath forms, Business Objects is required,
Very heavy SME level knowledge of Project Management Best Practices (Waterfall/Iterative) and Business Analysis tools including MS Visio, UML, MS Project )
The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree, or equivalent work experience and 8+ years hands-on project management experience with large scale enterprise, global ERP or CRM solutions (such as Dynamics, Oracle, SAP and Lawson, Salesforce.com ) in multiple industries
Degree holder and above in Computer Science/ Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development project delivery in IT Consulting
